Lead and grow a team of 3-5 engineers building construction plan-review agents. The role combines hands-on agent development, quality evaluation, delivery ownership, and close partnership with product, research, and customer-facing teams.

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading development teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building production systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based products or AI agents in production - MUST.
• Experience evaluating and improving the quality of non-deterministic / generative systems.
• Broad product vision - ability to understand customer needs and translate them into agent capabilities.
• Excellent execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments - you bring clarity and protect the team’s focus.
• Track record of growing engineers - from seniors who need challenge to juniors who need structure.
