Senior systems engineering role focused on multidisciplinary underground mapping systems combining RF, sensing, 3D imaging, software, algorithms, hardware, and mechanics. The work is hands-on across architecture, integration, validation, lab debugging, and field performance in Tel Aviv.

• 9+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, integration, or a closely related hands-on engineering role.
• Experience owning complex physical systems that combine multiple engineering disciplines.
• Fluency across hardware, software, and mechanics, with meaningful hands-on experience working with RF technologies.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, interfaces, integration, and verification and validation.
• Hands-on experience with system debugging, measurements, experiments, prototypes, and laboratory equipment.
• The ability to translate technical designs into systems that operate reliably in real-world and field conditions.
• A track record of driving multidisciplinary problems from ambiguous behavior to structured investigation, root cause, and resolution.
• The technical maturity and communication skills to challenge assumptions, lead decisions, and earn the trust of experienced engineering teams.
