Senior CAD/BIM Drafter & Modeler

This is a senior, hands-on production role for creating CAD models and BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, LiDAR scans, and point clouds. The work focuses on infrastructure projects and requires strong experience with Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, and BIM standards such as ISO 19650.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, and BIM modeling, preferably on infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with knowledge of OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) or Revit considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from engineering, survey, and existing-condition data.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey information, coordinate systems, spatial data, and model setup.
• Experience delivering BIM/CAD work within ProjectWise environments, including structured workflows and client standards.
• Understanding of BIM standards and delivery requirements, including ISO 19650, BEPs, and client specifications.
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures.
• Strong QA/QC, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
