Senior CAD/BIM Drafter & Modeler - Civil 3D

Senior hands-on production role for an experienced CAD/BIM professional focused on civil engineering drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows. The role involves producing and coordinating Civil 3D models and CAD/BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built information, LiDAR/point clouds, and subsurface utility data, while working with engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary teams.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting and 3D modeling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, preferably on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to develop accurate 2D engineering drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from design drawings, survey information, and existing-condition data.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey data, coordinate systems, spatial information, and model setup.
• Experience delivering CAD/BIM models and drawings within structured project environments, following established workflows and client standards.
• Understanding of BIM standards and delivery requirements, including ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and client specifications.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects, such as roads, railways, drainage, utilities, land development, or major structures.
• Strong QA/QC skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, surveyors, multidisciplinary project teams, and clients, with good technical English.
