R&D Manager

Leading the company’s R&D efforts from inception, building and implementing a laboratory research work plan, and developing prototypes based on the company’s technology. The role also includes managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams, improving and expanding the technology, and hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies.

• Degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a R&D manager.
• Experience in management of complex multi-disciplinary projects, teams and systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including forecasting skills, project planning, and the development of project timelines.
• An initiators personality, self-motivated, with a desire to influence and make a change.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
