Quantity Surveyor

על התפקיד

Review contractors’ quantity measurements and calculations across construction projects, support site inspectors, and monitor variation and claim files. The role also includes quantity takeoffs, reviewing quantities against plans and models, and working with digital tools for quantity surveying and measurement.

דרישות התפקיד

• Practical Engineer in Building Engineering and/or Civil Engineer and/or Architect
• At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying/quantity takeoff, preferably in structural works, finishes, and MEP systems
• Knowledge of Revit – a significant advantage
• Knowledge and experience in BIM – an advantage
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
