Buildots is looking for an experienced Project Manager to own project setup, onboarding, execution, and ongoing system maintenance for clients. The role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, issue and risk management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced global environment.

• 5+ years of project management experience, leading complex and technical projects in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments - a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience managing cross-functional collaboration effectively
• Strong ability to learn complex systems and processes quickly
