Lead Exodigo’s electro-mechanical production and assembly line, managing a team of 5–10 employees and coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality. The role covers day-to-day production planning, inventory and schedules, process improvement, documentation, equipment calibration, incoming inspection, and shipping systems to the field.

• Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical production or assembly
• 1+ years of team management experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• English proficiency
