Mechanical Engineer Team leader

Lead and manage a Mechanical Engineering R&D team to develop new products, improve existing designs, and support production techniques and test procedures. The role includes staffing plans, meeting design/quality/schedule goals, and hands-on analysis, testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting of complex machines.

• 5+ years experience
• BSc. or higher degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience in managing small teams, or as a Tech-Lead
• Passionate about design
• Leadership ability in terms of strong interpersonal, collaboration and influence skills
• Experience in design with a 3D CAD and Solidworks software
• Experience in products design for manufacturing by CNC, Vacuum Forming, sheet metal and casting
• Experience in Pneumatics and electromechanical systems
