Insurance Manager

Buildots is hiring its first Insurance Manager to own insurance end to end, including policies, customer and vendor certificates, claims, and renewals across multiple territories. The role sits in the Business Operations team and works closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, brokers, and an insurance consultant. It is based in Tel-Aviv with a hybrid work model.

• 2+ years in operations, finance, legal operations, account management or a similar role where you owned processes and deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and a quick learner
• Excellent written and spoken English for corresponding with US and UK customers, brokers, and insurers
• Ownership and persistence: following up and escalating without being asked
• Comfortable juggling many stakeholders and parallel requests
