We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead a team of engineers, own delivery, and stay hands-on with coding and architectural reviews. The role combines people leadership, collaboration with Product Managers, and improving R&D workflows for an AI-enhanced SaaS platform.

• 6+ Years in Software Engineering
• Strong technical background in React and Node.js
• 2+ Years in Leadership
• Proven experience managing engineering teams (at least 3-5 people) in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• Must be able to lead discussions, write documentation, and collaborate fluently in English
• Execution Focused
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex features from concept to production
