Full-Stack Team Lead

Lead and grow a full-stack engineering team building Buildots’ product. The role is hands-on across backend and frontend, with ownership of backend architecture, product collaboration, and shaping how the team uses AI coding tools.

• 6+ years building software, with substantial production backend experience (Python/Django or similar).
• Experience managing a full-stack team of where you were involved in the backend work yourself: design, code reviews and hands-on development.
• Product mindset. You care about users and outcomes, not just technology, and you’ve owned features from idea to production together with Product.
• Comfortable shipping frontend code in React and TypeScript.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding agents with real opinions on what works and what doesn’t.
• A builder. You build software because you enjoy it, at work and in your free time. Side projects, open source and tools you made for yourself all count, and we’d love to hear about them.
• Pragmatic, with strong technical judgment and clear communication.
