Full-Stack Team Lead

Lead and grow a small full-stack team while staying hands-on across React/TypeScript and Python/Django/Postgres. The role owns features end-to-end, works on interfaces over walkthroughs, drone imagery, floor plans, 3D BIM models and large data grids, and helps shape how the engineering org uses AI coding tools.

• 5+ years in software engineering, with strong hands-on React and TypeScript.
• Some backend experience, or a clear track record of picking up new areas fast.
• Experience leading a team or owning significant projects.
• Working fluency with AI coding agents in your day-to-day work - sustained, hands-on use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex over recent months.
• Strong technical judgment, clear communication, collaborative by default.
