Senior full stack developer role on GOARC’s engineering team, building and maintaining scalable features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. The job is remote-first and hands-on, with ownership of features end-to-end and strong involvement in architecture, code reviews, and engineering practices.

• 6+ years of experience developing modern web applications using a frontend framework (React preferred, Typescript) and a backend technology such as .NET.
• Deep expertise in SQL Server (or equivalent), including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable software in an Agile development environment.
• Experience participating in code reviews and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
