Student position in Customer Success supporting clients on an AI-driven construction platform. The role includes client support, system operations, cross-team collaboration, and data quality work with Excel and internal tools.

דרישות התפקיד

• Student for B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or B.A. in Information Systems with at least 3 semesters left – Must.
• Technical or analytical foundation from military service, academic projects, or previous experience.
• Ability to work 3 days a week
• Excel- High proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
• English- Good level of English (verbal and written) for communication in a global environment
• Strong analytical capabilities, service-oriented approach, and a "can-do" attitude.
