Construction Solution Manager

Buildots is hiring a Construction Solution Manager in Tel Aviv to design and implement solutions for local and global projects and support clients through discovery, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance. The role sits in Operations and works closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product, requiring construction field experience, BIM/3D knowledge, and strong communication in English and Hebrew.

• 3-4 years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
