Lead a team of ML, computer vision engineers and data operations staff. The role defines and executes the AI/ML roadmap for construction document analysis, including OCR, document understanding, model deployment, and data strategy for construction drawing datasets.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
• Proven experience deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps practices
• Experience with transformer architectures, foundation models, and agentic AI processes.
• Proven track record leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• MSc/ PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field
